Our studio is a special place where we offer classes that, while they have a clear legacy in the Bikram style, are unique to our studio, based upon our teachers’ extensive experience, depth of training and compassionate philosophy of accessibility to all. Classes are carefully planned to meet the personal objectives of all the students in the room.
Our yoga community welcomes students with open minds and the desire to open their bodies to the benefits of practicing yoga in a heated room. Our students range from those who are experiencing yoga for the first time to veteran yogis with decades of practice. Even those who have had prior experience with Bikram yoga will find RHY classes to be a very different and less rigid practice, while providing the many benefits of a hot room, including increased flexibility and reduced risk of injury.
There are many misperceptions about hot yoga. The only way to truly know if our practice style is right for you is to register for a class and give it a try! Our schedule offers 28 classes a week to make it easy to find a convenient time. If you want to start slowly, we recommend a 60-minute Restorative Class with less heat. If you want to go all in, try a 90-minute Hot Flow.
Hot yoga is very good cross-training activity for athletes who run, golf, play team sports or simply want to increase their stamina, strength and flexibility in a community of others with similar goals. It’s also a great complement to any other yoga practice.
